By accessing or using SynchroGen's software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

2. Service Description

SynchroGen is desktop software for creating professional audio descriptions for video content. The editor runs locally on your computer and automates parts of the production workflow — scene detection, dialogue transcription, and voice narration — while the descriptive text is written and approved by you. AI-assisted drafting is a planned future capability and is not part of the software today.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit content for processing. Users must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All audio descriptions generated through our platform remain the property of the content owner. SynchroGen retains rights to its proprietary technology and AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

SynchroGen provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
